Everyone has power, essential to keep this world afloat.
To accept it as it is, walk through it while making it better.
During this uncomfortable stroll, I have been labeled a monster, many times.
I was part of another’s nightmare, and a villain of so many of my own tales.
But the stories we tell will one day vanish, and we’ll be left with what we’ve become.
Having been the villain, having seen the monsters, what we’ve become won’t really matter.
But the ground we walk on will, once again, feel stable.
