As I sail in search of acceptance, alarms go off in my gut – that was not the purpose of this trip.
Enjoyment of a moderate climate is another lesson I will have to face, but for now, I need to befriend the push and pull of the current.
I look back to the waves that told me no, and I start looking for a similar but less detrimental flow. I am keen on facing difficulty and feeling resistance of the water while I sail.
The power that I am able to resist will show me the power that I can use.
I think then I will have the answers.
