I disagreed.
Standing on the mountain peak, I was more than eager to accept silence as the ultimate reward. Mute surroundings that witnessed my, at times, insecure and clumsy climb, swore they’ll never tell. And for that, I thank them.
Screaming from the mountain tops, pointing your own finger at what you, yourself, defined as success…
Well, it makes no sense.
Those that witnessed, they will know.
And those that didn’t – won’t.
